Explosion Hangs Up Cleats for 2007

We're hanging up the cleats for a couple of months to allow the girls to take a break from softball and to focus on their studies (and on volleyball, basketball, boxing, drama, band, etc.) Be sure to look for the Explosion girls at various school activities! We've noticed that the Explosion girls seem to be involved in just about everything!

Double Header Closes Out Season

Thanks to the Fort Scott and Neodesha softball teams for playing us at Fort Scott on Sunday. We had a great time. A special thank you to Fort Scott for feeding our team after the games.

Congratulations to Explosion for winning both games in a decisive manner. We had some big hits, bunts and slaps, good pitching and defense.

Explosion Girls Show Great Potential

Fall softball is kind of like pre-season for pro football teams. This is a time for evaluation and a chance for us to see what we've got. We like what we see: focused, enthusiastic players with lots of talent and even more potential. We played every team close this weekend. If we continue to practice hard and play hard, Explosion will be a force next summer. Keep up the good work girls!
